A few lines in memory of Charlie, my dear old Beardie, who I had to have put to sleep on Thursday, 21 August 2008, aged nearly fourteen years. He came to us in March 1997 as a rescue (or rather a rehome) through the good offices of the late Dorothy Jarrett of Southern Beardie Aid, the rescue section of the Southern Counties Bearded Collie Club (http://www.scbcc.co.uk).
