Hi Sue,
What a weekend!!!!. The boys got thumped at the cricket, won the league but that's them out of the finals.
Ralph had a good time though, he was up on the hill on the oval lying sleeping in the shade, it was 34 degrees.
I'm sitting here in my nightie so better get a move on and get Ralph out for his walk. Then will have a lot of tidying up to do because we have been out all weekend, oh what a life!!!!
I'm not on shift again till Tuesday night but have to work Saturday afternoon this weekend.
Have you heard of Cesar Millan the Dog Whisperer? He is coming to Burswood Theatre here in June or July, so Bill has managed to get me a ticket. Wonder if he can work any of his magic on Ralph?
I,ve been watching some of his DVD'S and they are good.
Hope that your neighbour Ian has managed to get some work, I,m sure that if he's been a bus driver then he might be lucky here too.
Well I'd better get a move on as Ralph is restless. Will try to get some more photos of him.
Take care, woof woof to Benji.
Lorraine.
the oval lying sleeping in the shade, it was 34 degrees yesterday.
Hi Sue, loved the photos he is really cute, i'm sure Ralph would love a good chase and round up with him (Ralphs got a really strong herding instinct).
He got on ok at the vet, had his bath and needles and check up and is ok. The vet here charges $20 for the hydrobath (I suppose you have the hydrobath in Scotland) which is probably about the same as you pay, but that doesn't include a groom.
Boys won their cricket match today, that makes them league winners and puts them into the top 4 semi finals. The semi is all day next Sunday. We had a day of rain last Wednesday, quite heavy too, but it is hot and humid today. It is now Officially Autumn but the weather will still be good until towards the end of April.
By now you neighbour will be in OZ. What's his job Sue?
It is very different over here. When we arrived we said we would try it out for 2 years and that was 21 years ago. I like it and hopefully everything will work out for them too.
I brought out Kizzy and Oscar with me cause I wouldn't have come without them.
It was 810 pounds for Kizzy and 880 pounds for Oscar all those years ago which was a lot of money. Then on top of that you have quarantine which is based on the size of the dog.
Anyway I'm going to Bills football match now and going out for dinner to Fremantle with the girls from the hospital later. We had a busy week but it's a public holiday tomorrow so that is a bonus for us.
Take care and talk to you soon, woof from Ralph.
Hi Sue,
Boy's didn't do that good at the cricket, all out for 142 runs, they finish the match off next Sunday.
Ralph behaved, had a big chase with Macey the dog, then retired under a tree for the rest of the morning.
We are off to the vet this morning, Ralph needs his needle Anal glands done and his bath. After that we will go to the park for a run (him not me) and a bit of a groom.
It's a bit cooler today, we had a 39.5 on Saturday so it,s a nice day for going out for a wee while.
I'm working 5 shifts this week, so will be very busy. I'll check in to the computer again on the weekend. Have a good week, don't work too hard.
Lorraine.

nice to hear back from you. i,m originally from Glenrothes but been over here for 21 years now. we moved over with Kizzy & Oscar in 1988. They were well travelled beardies living in Perth W.A. then Kalgoorlie W.A. then Kununurra W.A. the very North of W.A. That's where they both went to rainbow bridge. You should look up some of these places on the internet.
Will try and get some photos of Ralph on the computer. He is nine this year. Got him when he was 18 months from a family in W.A. he is a big sook. Will go for his walk where he wants to go not where we want to go. we love him to bits. hope to hear from you again.
