The breed you love the most
Six Months Old!
Luke and Lorelai turned six months old today. Their coats have completely changed from black to a bluish gray. The silky baby black is all gone! Lorelai's coat is short and thick. Poor Luke's coat still look's a littlle scruffy - his is coming in a little more slowly. They both love to be brushed though so that is a good thing! Lorelai seems to enjoy it the most so it must be a girl thing! They look so pretty all dressed up with their colorful bandanas. At least until they manage to team up and get them off of each other!
They still love to their walks. They are both very good on a leash - as long as they don't get close to each other....Walking them is definately a two person job!!!!!All of the neighbors love seeing them however and they never bother other dogs or cats. They love their little swimming pool and playing in my garden. Unfortunately they also love UNPLANTING my garden . One of the joys of puppies I suppose. Do they ever stop running?
With all of their similarities sometimes it's hard to believe they are brother and sister with how different they are. Lorelai is my fearless one. Poor Luke is not so brave. He hates to go outside at night (he must be walked with lots of lights on!), doesn't like motorcycles (or other loud noises) and is nervous around people.
They are full of love and energy and a joy to be around.
